Actual Customer Feedback:MAKE SURE you change the setting to loud because it sounds like crap at default settings and you can hardly here it go off. After changing these setting to LOUD I could autually here my investment working. No contest, the Passport 8500. There's a reason why it and the V1 are the top 2 detecters on the market. Everything else falls short, performance-wise. No other detector that I have had to this point has even come close to this sort of level. Not even half. Seriously, if you get a speeding ticket for say 15 over, the fines and insurance premiums will outweigh the price of this radar, so if anyone ever asks me why I would spend 350 on a radar, I just tell them, same reason why you would pay a 350 dollar speeding ticket.
